Opening and registration
Forest Day 3 is organized by the Danish Ministry of Environment, Forest and Nature Agency. Registration will be between 07.30 and 09.30 on 13 December 2009.

Forest Day 3 will be held at the Radisson BLU Falconer Hotel & Conference Center, Falkoner Alle 9, DK-2000, Copenhagen, Denmark.

Transport information
Copenhagen metropolitan transport
Copenhagen metropolitan transport runs throughout the day. After about 00:30 night busses run until the early hours of the morning. Tickets bought on busses are also valid for the metro and the S-tog and vice verse. A Clip card of multiple tickets can be purchased at main stations and kiosks that will allow the traveller access to all transport types at a reduced price. A one day tourist travel card can also be purchased that will allow the traveller unlimited travel within the area of graterCopenhagen for 24 hours. Metropolitan public transport in Copenhagen consists of the S Tog, the Metro and HTH busses.
Car hire
Car hire is available both in Copenhagen city centre and Copenhagen Kastrup airport through Hertz Europcar Avis Budget and Sixt.
Taxi
Taxi services run throughout the day and night and are available through the respective companies or by hailing on the street. Taxi fares include VAT and tips and can normally be paid by credit card.
Bicycle
Cycling is a common and rapid form of transport for the inhabitants of Copenhagen with its extensive network of cycle paths and ways. Cycles can be hired from 90% ofCopenhagen’s hotels for about 100DKK per day for those participants interested in seeingCopenhagen from two wheels.
Copenhagen Kastrup Airport
Copenhagen is serviced by Kastrup airport. Plane schedules and expected departure and arrival times can be traced through their homepage. Transport to and from the airport to central Copenhagen is regular and diverse. Extensive long and short term parking is available at the airport.
Train tickets are available at the airport ticket office in Terminal 3 or at metropolitan transport ticket offices. The trains leave approximately every 10 minuets and travel time is about 15 minuets. The Copenhagen Metro travels between Norreport station and Copenhagen airport Terminal 3 every 4-6 minuets in peak times and every 15-20 minuets at off peak times and takes approximately 15 minuets.
